Pacific Regent La Jolla Residential Condominium Association has 148 luxury condominium suites. The building has 21 stories of residential suites and 3 common area floors, including a parking garage, storage lockers and amenities.

chevron_rightWhere is Pacific Regent La Jolla located?
Pacific Regent La Jolla Residential Condominium Association is located in the greater San Diego area, in the La Jolla/University Town Center area. We are approximately 3.5 miles from the La Jolla Shores beach. The map located on the home page provides our address and Google map location.

chevron_rightHow much are the HOA fees?
The HOA fees vary and we recommend you check with the listing agent or unit owner. The HOA fees provide for the common area maintenance, management services, most utilities [including electricity, water, cable tv, internet and phone] and reserves for future repairs/replacement items.

chevron_rightAre cable/internet services available?
Spectrum TV channels and internet connection are included in the HOA fees. The TV package includes HBO and Showtime.

Resident parking is available in the parking garage. You may self-park in designated areas or utilize valet services for parking. There is no assigned parking.Guest parking is available on the surface parking area or guests may utilize valet services [at no charge/no tipping].

Yes, one dog or one cat are allowed in a suite. Residents must make written application in advance of moving in addressed to the Board of Directors agreeing to the terms of the current pet policy.

chevron_rightWhen is the annual membership meeting/election of Board members?
The annual meeting and election of the Board of Directors is held the third Friday of November annually.Board members serve for 2 year terms, with election of either 3 or 2 members to the the 5 member board on alternating years.

chevron_rightHow do I schedule a move in or move out?
Contact the front desk staff at 858-597-8000 [or extension 0] to coordinate a move date. The loading dock and service elevator must be available for this purpose. Moves are only allowed Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm. Moves must be coordinated two weeks in advance. A security officer is required to be posted during the move, at the owner's cost.

chevron_rightHow do I get onto Zoom?
You will need 1) a valid e-mail address, and 2) a computer, tablet/iPad or smartphone. You will need to download Zoom onto your device and retrieve your invitation to events through your e-mail. You can also access Zoom events from the Week-at-a-Glance link on the Activities page.Contact Marianne if you need any assistance.

chevron_rightWhere do I begin if I wish to host a private party at Pacific Regent for my family and outside guests?
Check the availability of your desired date, time and location with Marianne. If you require catering or are expecting outside guests, speak with Myra next to go over your options.Note - Due to Covid-19, no events may be scheduled in common area rooms at this time.

chevron_rightIf I am a current subscriber to one of the local venues, how do I change my tickets so that I can ride in our bus?
Contact Marianne. In most cases, the dates for upcoming seasons are known well in advance and she can facilitate changing your tickets to the dates that Pacific Regent provides transportation.Note - Due to Covid-19, events are currently not available.

chevron_rightWhere can I get a medical alert pendant or additional pull cords for my unit?
Contact Marianne [ext. 8009] for more information on these two devices and to place an order. Please note that the medical alert pendant only works on-site and will not function off-premises.
